Resilience Ministries has grown into
Resilience Integrated Care.
Experience more change in the next 5 months than you have in the last 5 years—through strategic pathways that integrate faith and evidence-informed insight.
THE CORE FOUR
Dedicated to helping you experience deep, lasting transformation in the most important areas of your life through four essential domains of care.

Life story integration, thought renewal, emotional processing and metabolizing, identity formation, personal connection with God, secure attachment repair, healing emotional wounds, addressing spiritual warfare, and cultivating inner peace and overall well-being.
Restoring trust and connection, healthy communication, addressing generational patterns, family-of-origin work, healing relational wounds, developing boundaries, discerning safe relationships, and cultivating meaningful, life-giving community.

PHYSIOLOGICAL

Exploring physiological influences on brain health and emotional well-being through evidence-informed education and resources: nutrition, inflammation, nervous system regulation, sleep optimization, supplementation, life rhythms, neurofeedback, and more.

Cultivating ongoing clarity, health, and direction in your calling and purpose in corporate, home-based, entrepreneurial, or ministry settings, while developing resilience under pressure, work-life balance, leadership presence, wise decision-making, and lasting impact.
LIFE-GIVING
INFLUENCES & VOICES
Our multidimensional approach is biblically grounded, evidence-informed, Spirit-filled, and nourished by a range of trusted voices.
Some of these life-giving influences across spiritual, emotional, and relational domains include John and Staci Eldredge, John and Lisa Bevere, Wayne Grudem, and Tara-Leigh Cobble.
At the intersection of spiritual transformation and neuroscience, we appreciate the work of Dr. Karl Lehman and Geoff and Cyd Holsclaw.
Within the physiological domain, we learn from science through both traditional medicine and evidence-based functional medicine, gleaning from Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Andrew Huberman, Dr. Gary Brecka, and Dr. Annette Bosworth.
Within the directional domain of purpose, calling, and leadership, we appreciate Craig Groeschel, Christine Caine, Carey Nieuwhof, and many others.
Music that inspires and helps us enjoy Christ deeply includes songs by Upperroom, Maverick City Music, Forrest Frank, Brandon Lake, and more. There is no better place of rest, refuge, and refreshment than in God's presence.
*As with any human voice—including our own—we recognize that only Jesus is without flaw. We do not endorse every single word from any person, but seek to hold fast to what is good through the lens of Scripture, Spirit-led discernment, and wise community. We embrace the mantra "eat the meat and spit out the bones." If any of these voices move outside the scriptural truth in their respective spheres of expertise, we would, of course, reevaluate their content. Our desire is to stay rooted in Christ while gratefully receiving what is helpful from those who are sincerely seeking to point people toward Him.
WELCOME TO ALL
While this work is grounded in the Christian faith and scripture, we welcome individuals from all backgrounds and make space for people wherever they are on their spiritual journey. We welcome and give space for each person to explore Christ and questions of faith and truth as God leads them.
RELIGIOUS HURT
We have a deep compassion for those healing from harmful religious experiences or spiritual abuse. Living in this fallen world, we’ve walked through our own journeys of wounding and recovery within faith spaces, and we understand how disorienting that can be. It would be an honor to walk with you as you move toward restoration and wholeness.

Greetings. I’m Lyndsey Jolley, founder of Resilience Integrated Care. I am a Specialized Christ-Centered Counselor and Whole-Life, Integrative Coach and Consultant. I help individuals, couples, and leaders cultivate life-giving connection with Jesus while utilizing research-based brain and body wellness amid the full range of life's challenges through a biblically grounded, Spirit-led, whole-person approach.
I hold a Master of Professional Counseling (MPC) and a Master of Education (MEd). With more than two decades of ministry experience and over a decade of private practice, my passion for guiding people toward meaningful transformation has grown stronger and more refined.
Through life-changing experiences within our own family, God expanded my understanding to weave nutrition, nervous system regulation, and whole-body health into this redemptive work. Informed by ongoing study of neuroscience, nervous-system health, and relevant research, my work brings together biblical truth, prayerful discernment, and practical care to support greater freedom and renewal in people's inner lives, relationships, physiology, and work or ministry.
I have also loved partnering with my husband in his pastoral ministry through church planting, disciple-making in various contexts, and cultivating authentic spiritual community in the body of Christ.
Through God's grace, I’m deeply grateful for the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of people, over more than two decades, as they pursue deeper peace, joy, freedom, and renewed life in Christ.
