FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
How do I contact you for more information or make an appointment?
The best way to get more info or to get started is to Sign-Up for a Free 20-Minute Consultation. You can also email contact@resilienceministries.com or text 423.600.9171. Texts usually receive the quickest response.
What is the length of each session? — Usually 1.5 - 2 Hours
Resilience is structured to provide three different Transformation Pathways to choose from:
-
The Focus Pathway - 1-Hour Sessions (limited to three total, by special request only)
-
The Freedom! Pathway - 1.5-Hour Sessions to Begin, 3-6 month initial commitment dependent on frequency; then session-by-session.
-
The Freedom Plus+ Pathway - 2-Hour Sessions to Begin, 3-6 month initial commitment, dependent on frequency; then session-by-session.
What are your rates? — Varies per session.
The rate for an Initial 90-Minute Life-Change Session is currently $185 (a reduced rate for the Initial Session). It is packed with vital conversation, a Whole Life Assessment, and finalizes with an Initial Growth Plan for your next steps. After that, you can choose from the three different pathways based on your needs, goals, and budget.
Do you take insurance? — Sorry, no.
Unfortunately, insurance companies require a mental health diagnostic code and only cover clinical mental health counseling. Because Resilience is Christ-Centered non-clinical counseling and coaching, we cannot take insurance. Resilience services are offered on a self-pay basis.
Do you offer a sliding scale or reduced rates? — When able.
Resilience strives to offer services to clients of various budgets when possible. A limited number of Reduced Rate spots are available through an application process.
Is there paperwork that needs to be completed before my first session? — Yes.
Before your Initial Session, Lyndsey will provide you with a digital Intake Packet that must be completed at least three days prior to your first session.
What is your cancellation policy? — 48-Hours notice requested.
Stewarding time and resources well is a high value. If you are unable to make your appointment for some reason, please provide a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Same-day cancellations or arriving more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment will result in losing that session's credit in your Pathway.
