Join the Team at Resilience Integrated Care
You have a calling on your life to help people.
To walk with them as they experience real healing and transformation in the areas you’re uniquely equipped to serve—whether spiritual, emotional, relational, physiological, or vocational—with Christ at the center of it all.
You weren’t called to wander around trying to find clients or to feel boxed in by systems that don’t fit how you’re wired.
There is no shortage of need. There is a shortage of people equipped and available to meet it. People are actively looking for real help—and they need someone like you.
At Resilience Integrated Care, you’re not left to build that on your own. You step into a growing, trusted environment where people are already seeking support—and where your work can take root, grow, and become sustainable over time.
You stepped into this work because you genuinely care. You’ve seen that real transformation is possible—and that it takes more than external, surface-level behavior change, or positive thinking.
It takes truth, presence, and a deeper kind of restoration. It comes through real encounters with Christ, deep inner change, and His wisdom leading in each area of life.
Resilience Integrated Care is being built as a place where:
-
Deep, heart-level transformation and evidence-informed tools work together
-
Whole-person care is the standard—not the exception
-
Practitioners are supported in their area of strength, not stretched thin or expected to be everything to everyone

Why Join the Team?
After over a decade in private practice, two things became clear:
(1) This sacred work is too meaningful and important to do alone. What we can build together carries far more weight than anything we can sustain on our own.
(2) This work is inherently multi-dimensional. Real transformation doesn’t happen in just one area—it touches every part of life. Emotional. Spiritual. Mental. Physiological. Relational. Vocational. The most effective care happens when these aren’t separated—but brought together.
This is how real transformation deepens. This is where it lasts.
