Join the Team at Resilience Integrated Care
You didn’t get into this calling to burn out, to strive for years on your own, or to feel boxed in.
You got into this because you care deeply about people…
and you know real transformation is possible and takes more than surface-level solutions.
Resilience Integrated Care is being built as a place where:
-
Evidence-based tools and spiritual transformation work together
-
Whole-person care is the standard
-
Practitioners are supported, not squeezed
Why This Exists
After over a decade in private practice, two things became clear:
(1) This work is too meaningful and important to do it alone. The impact we can make together multiplies tenfold what we can do on our own.
(2) This work is multi-dimensional. The most effective care happens when emotional, spiritual, mental, physiological, relational, and vocational perspectives come together.
That’s where transformation deepens.
That’s where it lasts.

Who This Is For
This Will Feel Like a Strong Fit If You:
-
Want to do deep, transformational work

-
Hold a Christ-centered worldview and work well with diverse clients
-
Are grounded, growing, and doing your own inner work
-
Take ownership, initiative, and communicate clearly
-
Enjoy both autonomy and thoughtful collaboration
This Is Likely Not a Fit If You:
-
Prefer strictly one-lens or surface-level work
-
Need close management to stay on track
-
Aren’t actively investing in your own growth
-
Want a rigid, highly structured environment
Requirements

Approach - Able to work from a multi-dimensional lens—considering spiritual, emotional, physiological, relational, environmental, pace of life, and vocational factors
Character, Chemistry & Competence - Personally grounded and doing your own work; able to support complex or high-capacity clients; collaborative, communicative, self-directed, and high ownership
